hehe I've had that earthquake monitoring site on my favorites for years now since I live in SoCal also.I havn't felt a quake here in months now.There was a bunch at the end of the year last year.I think the largest quake it shows is only a 3.1...heck when I fart it registers at least a 4.0!
Poor doggie...I would think more dogs than people would be saved...they seem to have more common sense than most people nowdays.

My GF lives in Westminster, Orange Co....not far from Seal Beach...I just worry like heck about her, ya know ?...I got a nuclear power plant close to me sitting right on a fault, and we get tiny quakes often (Indian Point, Buchannan, NY...Ramapo fault)...that'd wipe out much of the area and most of western Conn....but I worry about her and that "ring of fire" more....
