I guess the simple answer is just be flexible. At games start those on TS should be divided equal. Those late commers should join sides so that one side should only ever be + or - 1 player In regards to plans. Well if you know it keep ya mouth shut. Plans are lucky to last 10mins at best. oh and fru...
