Seems that kill was legal fogel old boy.
Re: RBWar 5 Rules
Noted elsewhere on this board:

seems to contradict part of Rule 12:note: fighters can therefore destroy ground targets, but only using machine guns (no bombs or rockets against ground targets)
So the question then becomes if a dump can be downed by a figher, and it can using mg ammo only, but may it be downed by a fighter without giving the points to the opposing side?Any targets destroyed by fighters, the target points value will be awarded to the enemy team

Re: RBWar 5 Rules
S! all, thanks Fogel, I have removed the section about "Any targets destroyed by fighters, the target points value will be awarded to the enemy team".
That was my mistake, I should have removed it when we changed the rules to allow fighters to strafe and destroy ground targets with machine guns only.
