lil Sparrow is in the hospital

For those of you that don't know lil Sparrow, he is an extremely nice person/gentleman and a very good RB pilot.

"Ray McKay, (lil Sparrow) is in the hospital, and is quite ill.

He just got back from a trip to England to visit Questions, Felix and Maarvin, went out to dinner but then diverted and went straight to the hospital, where he has been now for 8 weeks.

Susan, his wife, has picked him up an IPad, so he has net access in the hospital, at least for chats, forums, general net access.

I've been up to visit him, he's at the Juravinski Centre, formerly Henderson Hospital in Hamilton ON, Room 16, 5th floor main building.

The doctor's appear to be baffled, but he appears to have an infection in his spine, and another in his brain.

He is quite weak, tired and has lost a lot of weight, but seems in good spirits, and hopefully is through the worst of it.

I'm sure he'd appreciate a mail or visit if you're close."

Sorry no news.There has been many inquiries on the thread about Lil at our squad web page also and still no news.We are getting worried.

As soon as I hear something I will post it here if nobody else does first.

I just got back from a visit with Ray (lil Sparrow), and he's doing much better now. He's gained a lot of weight back, and seems to have beat the infection, which was a very close call.

With any luck, he'll be out of the hospital in a few weeks, and into a rehab/physio centre for a while to build his strength and muscle mass back.

I saw some of the emails sent to him pinned up at the hospital, so he is getting them."
