Just got the demo...flew around online for a while.There were some J99 there.Still don't get the hang of the views.Is there an enemy target snap view?...Anyways was kinda fun and lots of eye candy.

In multi-player pressing F8 locks on to an enemy.

The views can be set up similar to RB, Although there isnt a Shift + D function, I actually asked the developers to put in a Shift + D function, Sure it would be easy enough. But the post wasnt "appreciated" by the full real jockeys.
Picketts server is a pretty cool place to hang out. The fastfood dogfight server is a meat market. its fun for a short while, its great if you like 5 v 1....
Helequins and syndicate are quite popular, And I enjoy flying in those full real servers too.. problem is, it takes so long to find anybody.

Thanks Fegal and BB...hehe I figured out the views...I'm a little slow on the uptake sometimes Now I need to get a new stick...mine is old and verry unresponsive...it has worked OK in RB but terrible in ROF...That coupled with my newb status is making it hard to get the hang of ROF but I'm sure I will.I'll probably get a new stick when I go out and buy the new IL2 Cliffs of Dover CD.

I can recommend You for start in RoF the Newbee Server. It has easy setting. With external views, padlock, automatic engine management...

Its difficult to set JoyStick and views in RoF.

You should have one Profile for each plane. Settings - buttons, joystick sensitivity...

The flying is realy nice in RoF, Its completely without external views.

Those training film are great aren't they...Here is one for you bombers who are on the fence about checking ROF out...It's worth the money to buy a bomber or two...lots of fun.

So I can see You only in RoF. Who can and who wants can see me and almost all of J99 squad on our RoF server.
