Welcome to another Flying Coffins Fun Day on Sunday, 13 Mar 2011 at 21:00 CET (3:00 pm EST)!

All pilots are requested to sign up in advance in one of the sign-up threads to avoid confusion at the start of the match about who flies what plane type etc.

PLEASE note the following special rules for plane selection in the FC Fun Days (see the discussion about Flying Coffins rules in the Game Development section):

• ALL 7 plane slots on each side must be used before repeating the plane choices. A maximum of two planes of each type may be used by each team.
• Each team force may have a maximum of 7 pilots in each of the South/North sectors.
• Only one plane of each type may be used in each sector (South/North)

The FC game uses stock Red Baron 3D, no patches are needed to fly but you may find it useful to install the custom map available on my FC page (see link above).

So if we have to move our clocks ahead tonite (spring ahead) then the time would be 4pm EDT?

Good question Bandy! We are EST here moved clocks ahead Sat night and are now on ESTEDT5 I believe it's called. Can't find the equivalent for CET:

The Fun Day server is set to start at 21:00 CET tonight. Europe has not yet switched to summertime, but if US has done so this week-end then you must figure out the current equivalent to 21:00 CET (=9.00 pm CET).

According to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=179, the current time zone offset in New York is EDT = UTC/GMT -4 hours which is equivalent to CET - 5 hours.

So the game today should be at 4:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time.

...when does Europe switch Fische ?

If the game is scheduled for 3:00 PM EST, then that's the time it starts I'd assume.

They switch tonight I believe.
