pilots increased to 12 per side

S! all, it was suggested the sides be increased from 10 pilots to 12 pilots per side. So effective with the next weeks match (April 10, 2010), I'll set the server for 12 pilots for each team (if the server has problems with the increase, we can always change the server back to 10 pilots per side).
